You will need to go to the Saturn Dealer to obtain the code, the Radio Code Is VIN# specific. Check your Owner's Manual, sometimes it is printed inside of there, or the previous owner may have written it down.

Try ebay for a shop/overhaul manual. Don't know of a free manual. Rovercannibal.com has used factory owners manuals but they are around $30 but they are not a shop manual. Is there something you needed to know specifically?
The easiest to read & understand would be a Chilton's Auto Repair Manual. They have them for almost every vehicle on the road. I had one for a 94 Jeep Cherokee. Available at most auto supply stores and some WalMarts.
Unfortunately, 96 and newer model Fords are available for free online, but nothing older. I checked several sites that sell owners manuals, but no luck. Your best (easiest) bet is to purchase a repair manual. I have a Chilton, and it covers 94, and there is a diagram of the fuse block in the 'chassis electrical' section. It sells for about $20, can be bought online, or purchased at a parts store Haynes manual also is good). Let me take this moment to say to the 1st owner of your F-150, 'why did you throw out the manual??!?!?!? I'm amazed at how many people do throw them away, it contains a lot of great info that is difficult to find later on.
