Question about 1999 Kia Sportage
It could be a number of things. The spark plugs or the spark plug wires. Fuel pump, or the fuel filter. Check your spark plugs and wires before you do anything. I just changed my spark plugs and wires and now I have better performance on my car. It should be your spark plugs and wires. If you do decide to replace them, you have to know the order of the wires, or you will skrew it all up. So take the new spark plug covors and number them and do them ONE at a time. You can only remove one spark plug at a time as well. I hope this information was good.
