What to do if i ran completely out of gas then added gas and it would not start back up

Sharry, as long as fuel pump is not burnt out it should start, pump pedal a couple times, while cycling engine to turn over, do not hold key on more then 20 sec's. then wait a minute and try again until engine fires up.

Just had the fuel pump replaced in my 1997 buick lesabra. Yesterday the oil light started flashing but the car didn't run rough it is over full with oil by a quart. Today after driving the car about...

no reset button. If the oil is overfull FIX IT. find out why the oil light is flashing, and dont drive it until that is FIXED. if you dont have oil pressure you will destroy the engine. thats why its RED and FLASHES so you will see it and turn the engine off.

Lincoln Zepher rear brake caliper willn't reset using a clap to open wide enough for new pads.

the rear calipers on most cars screw back in they don't push back in like the front calipers.go to your local auto parts store, they sell a special tool that looks like a small cube and it has 4 or more differnet styles of fittings so that it works with different brands of vehicles. using this tool attaches to a 3/8 drive wrench and you turn it clockwise to make the piston of the caliper open back up..
