Struts where can i find adjustable struts for 86 300zx turbo....i have a switch in my console but the struts are bad.

So you are saying the coil springs are weak ?

First try to check availability of the "Quick Strut" These are available for some cars and trucks from different manufactures...ie, KYB, Carrera, Monroe, and others...the quick strut is the complete replacement assembly...you just need to mark all locations...unbolt, and insert the replacement quick strut that includes the spring and all bushings, and boots...if the "Quick Strut" is not manufactured for your Acura...you need to consider having the replacement struts installed by a shop...the springs have to be switched over, and special (and dangerous) compression tools are needed to take apart...and reassemble...you can borrow the needed tools from many auto stores...but again, not recomended for safety reasons...you will need to have your alignment checked after replacing the struts...needed adjustments left unchecked will "chew up" tires right before your eyes...Hope this helps.

Okay....hope this helps......

#1-Front end squeek is coming from a bushing in the front end suspension....could be the rubber on your struts/schocks, balljoint, or tie rod bushings. Have to jack the car front end and start from one side to the other...a little bit of a pain to pin point.

#2-The fan selector switch is bad....which means the control panel has to be replaced.

#3-Brakes....couple of things.....brake pads may have been installed incorrectly...not seated correctly in the caliper....

Have you hit anything recently or run over a parking block or run over a curb???

You will need an alignment. The strut is slotted to allow camber adjustment.If the tire is leaning in then the camber is excessively negative.

i would change fuel filters first / if thats not it check oil psi switch /lift pump /check overhead adjustment

it seems like you need a really bad wheel alignment you can tell if your tires are waring fast

you won't have a fluid tank, the fluid/gas with be internal in the strut , you will have to replace struts.
