Change the speed sensor relay located on yhe gearbox(worked for me.
It will fixed if u replace the TCU (Tranmission Control Unit)

This is a typical Honda problem. unfourtunatly their design on the transmissions are not the best. Most of the times when you have a flashing light on the shifter on a honda it is the beginning of an internal transmission problem, not a major one but most likley one of the solonoids in it. just for future reference to you make sure to keep your trans fluid changed on the recommend mileage because they do have an internal filter that is extremley common for plugging up and giving a no shift condition. What is is causing this is a faulty, damaged, or otherwise inoperative TCU or Transmission Control Unit. Very simple fix that most anyone can do with a proper diagram. If you are able to get hold of a graphic diagram you simply have to disconnect the battery, take out the two plugs that plug into the bottom of the computer, and replace the unit. If you are going to do this yourself I would advise spoending a very small amount and purchase a "Memory saver" so that you will not have to worry too much about the car having to "Relearn" itself. you can usually pick a decent TCU from a junk yard for anywhere between $50-$125.

IT CAN ALSO BE YOUR MAIN RELAY LOCATED HIGH UNDER THE DASH ON THE DRIVERS SIDE IT IS HARD TO GET TO BUT ONCE YOU GET IT OUT POP THE COVER OFF CAREFULLY AND LOOK FOR BAD SOLDER JOINTS RE SOLDER ANYTHING QUESTIONABLE AND HOOK IT BACK UP BEFORE REINSTALLING IT TO MAKE SURE IT WORKS I JUST DID ONE FOR THE FLASHING D4 LIGHT I ALSO REPAIRED ANOTHER ONE WHEN THE FUEL PUMP QUIT WORKING
