You need to get a voltage meter and see if it's reading any voltage to the motor. Just because the fuse is good doesn't mean everything..You could have a bad switch or damaged wire. You can use a test light..It's looks like a ice pick with a light and wire on it..When you touch a live wire the light will turn on..They don't cost very much
The engine light is the "check engine light" and is telling you there is a diagnostic trouble code stored n the computer. The overdrive light is flashing because the code(s) is related to the transmission. This could mean something as simple as a bad sensor or a major failure. If you could go to a parts store and have codes pulled then i can give you some kind of ideal what direction you will need to go.
I don't have any pictures but if it's flashing it's probably the check engine light (some vehicles show this as a symbol instead of the words). If it is and it's flashing, that indicates the engine is missfiring and could potentially damage the catalytic converters. A diagram of all the warning lights is shown in the owners manual with a nice description
Take it to an AutoZone or O'Reilly's and have the codes read. WRITE THEM DOWN, and report them back here. We can then help you more. Yes, in most all cases, you can drive the vehicle.
That orange light means that you must have your braking system check...most probably it's the pads wear indicators that are earthing warning you that the pads are worn.
