Is a BWD by engine management technology css1 an aftermarket part for a 1992 Buick Lasbre 3800

That would be an aftermarket part. Although I am sure that Standard Motor Products, parent company of BWD or (Borg Warner Division) probably makes some OEM items, if it is labeled BWD it is from the aftermarket parts division.

Clutch fluid go

If you have a hydraulic clutch, and not a cable clutch, there may be 2 adjacent filler caps, one for the brakes and one for the clutch, like this. The clutch reservoir will be the smaller one

However, many cars have one reservoir for clutch and brakes together, with an internal division, like this

The fluid is the same for both. ONLY use new brake fluid, labelled as such.

So you need to know if it is a cable clutch or not, and don't get confused with the power steering reservoir, which is a different fluid.

1998 ford explorer rear window removal

Hi there:

  1. Remove the door trim panel and speaker if applicable.
  2. Remove the screw from the division bar. Remove the inside belt weatherstrip(s) if equipped.
  3. Remove the 2 vent window attaching screws from the front edge of the door.
  4. Lower the glass and pull the glass out of the run retainer near the vent window division bar, just enough to allow the removal of the vent window, if equipped.
  5. Push the front edge of the glass downward and remove the rear glass run retainer from the door.
  6. If equipped with retaining rivets, remove them carefully. Otherwise, remove the glass from the channel using Glass and Channel Removal Tool 2900. Remove the glass through the belt opening if possible.

To install:
  1. Install the glass spacer and retainer into the retention holes.
  2. Install the glass into the door, position on the bracket and align the retaining holes.
  3. Carefully install the retaining rivets or equivalent.
  4. Raise the glass to the full closed position.
  5. Install the rear glass run retainer and glass run. Install the inside belt weatherstrip(s).
  6. Check for smooth operation before installing the trim panel.

Hope this helps.

Who do you compress the rear calipers on a 2003 golf

The pistons have to be rotated clockwise while being pushed towards the caliper body because of the parking brake mechanism. If you already tried pressing them back without turning you might be out of luck (depending on how forceful you were...). It takes a special adapter to fit the notches in the piston face and adapt it to a 3/8" ratchet drive. I think Lisle makes an adapter and the combination tool that both turns and presses. Why is a number divided by zero is undefined?

The reason is related to the associated multiplication question. If you divide 6 by 3 the answer is 2 because 2 times 3 IS 6. If you divide 6 by zero, then you are asking the question, "What number times zero gives 6?" The answer to that one, of course, is no number, for we know that zero times any real number is zero not 6. So we say that division by zero is undefined, for it is not consistent with division by other numbers.

You can try to make up a good set of rules, but it always leads to nonsense, so to avoid all the trouble we just say that it doesn't make sense to divide by zero.

What happens if you add apples to oranges? It just doesn't make sense, so the easiest thing is just to say that it doesn't make sense, or, as a mathematician would say, "it is undefined."

Maybe that's the best way to look at it. When, in mathematics, you see a statement like "operation XYZ is undefined", you should translate it in your head to "operation XYZ doesn't make sense."

Other details can find in Why can't we divide by zero?

Hope help with this (remember rated this).
