Need diagram for timing marks for timing belt

You need a repair manual. Try Haynes. There are
timing marks on the camshaft and crankshaft sprocket.
I'm assuming you are replacing the timing belt and the
procedure requires the manual.

How do you replace timing belt in a 2000 eclipse gt

There are some jobs you just need a manual for. This is one of them. Go to Autozone and buy a haynes manual for your car (abot $20).

General procedure is to buy new timing belt. Make sure cylinder #1 is set at TDC. Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove engine covers to access timing belt and remove timing belt Make sure all components are properly aligned and loosen pensioner to remove old timing belt. Install new timing belt. Tension belt. Double check to ensure all components are aligned properly, replace timing belt covers and reconnect battery.

I just changed my timing belt on a 1995 Honda civic 1.5 DX and now after I did that I drove the car right after and it was very sluggish at high rpms is that just the computer and will it set its self...

Very well could be , But you need to drive a steady speed at 30 - 35 mph for 15 min or more this will help the adjustments needed to be made by the computer .

Timing belts are not easy to change.  You need to be experienced, mechanical, and have a decent set of tools, access to both the top and bottom of the car will also be required.  Good luck.

Also, this a a good opportunity to change the water pump and the drive belts.

95 honda civic timing belt replacement process

If you have never changed a cambelt (timing belt) then it is not recommended that you attempt it. It is a job for a mechanic, as getting the cam timing wrong on reassembly is easy to do and can have disastrous consequences. It is easy enough once you know how, and if you are reasonably mechanically able, I'd suggest getting a repair manual for your vehicle that has a step by step procedure for timing belt replacement. Companies like Haynes produce very good repair manuals.

Resetting timing on 1.4l 8v "R" Honda Civic

The white mark is the one indicating TDC. The red one indicates 12 degfrees befor TDC. If you don't have the belt on as yet, then the mark you are looking for will be on the crankshaft sprocket that the timing belt rides on. You line up that mark with the arrow on the block. This arrow is located directly above the crank sprocket.
