Could be valve guides. They are plastic sleeves through which the valve stems pulse up and down thousands of time a minute and wear, especially if the oil is crummy.
When the engine shuts off, the oil in the upper engine drips down onto the tops of the pistons and cooks off to a nice blue smoke when you start it. The valve guides are supposed to prevent this.

I overfill my engine and i've notice that plug 1and2 are wet of oil, what could be the cause?and also there is smoke coming out of my exhoustpipe.

drain the sump back to the correct oil level and the problems will disappear
the oil rings can not handle the excessive oil and so you get oil into the combustion chamber which oils up the plugs and makes the exhaust smoky
having fixed the oil level go for a run for say 50 miles and the oil should be burnt out of the system

Why is oil coming out of dipstick holder?

If there is not too much oil in the engine, then the most likely cause of oil coming out of the dipstick tube is excessive pressure in the crankcase. This would indicate that there is an issue with the PCV valve or whatever other type of crankcase ventilation system the vehicle has. Check the system for clogs and clean/replace components as needed.

Something under my hood is smoking. Help please.

Probably just oil dripping from an old valve cover gasket onto the exhaust manifold. The one bolt in your video looked grungy with oil, etc. Just check the oil level over a week or so to gauge oil loss. If it's negligible, you've got a 'smoky' car. Otherwise you could try to firm up the valve cover bolts, they do loosen over time. Be careful- there is a tightening sequence and they can't take too much tightening or they break.
Another reason could be that during an oil filter change, oil spilled onto the exhaust manifold, in that case it'll resolve itself with time and heat. Good luck.

My 1993 ford Festiva W model is smoky at start up mostly first start for the day and fine through out the day guessing cause the engine is warm, I have since done a service including- engine cleaning detox...

white smoke could be steam from condensation in the exhaust or maybe valves? check your ignition timing maybe the black smoke caused by the car running to rich.

My 1995 eldorado burns oil

Take out the pvc while its running. Look for smoke to come out of pvc hole. If it does than you probably need rings. This would explain the oil loss. Look around the motor for oil "wet spots". You may just have a valve cover leak.Shake the pvc while its out. If it rattles its good. If not, replace. Hope it helps.
