Wires on starter but wont start will start with screwdriver whats wrong

The solenoid on a starter receives voltage when you turn your ignition switch to the start position that tells it to activate the starter. When you use the screwdriver to start the car, you are basically bypassing the solenoid on the starter. Since the car won't start when you turn the key, this means that either the solenoid is bad and the starter needs to be replaced, or the solenoid is not getting the voltage from your ignition switch that tells it to engage the starter. You might be able to eliminate the ignition switch as the problem if you get somebody to hold the key in the start position while you check to see if there is voltage at the starter solenoid. If you have voltage there, the starter solenoid is most likely bad, and the starter needs to be replaced.

Could either be the ignition switch, the starter solenoid or the starter itself. Ask a mechanic to wire start the vehicle, by bridging the contacts at the starter solenoid. If the car starts, then the ignition is the culprit. If the car doesnt start, then it could be either the starter solenoid, or the starter. In my experience, if it clicks once, then it cant be the ignition switch, and if it clicked more than once, it couldnt be the solenoid. So i would look at the solenoid as the probable culprit.

Once every 2 weeks the car is very hard to start

This sounds like a ignition control module they are inremittent problems that are difficult to diagnose, I am surprised tha tno code has been stored however, before spending more money try this when the car acts up pull ou a plug and see if the spark is week or not present at all hopefully you will have an assistant present to turn ove rthe car when it happens this is going to eliminate the ignition system as the cause, move on to the fuel pressure, on some cars there is a cold start sensor that causes the fuel injectors to stay open longer upon start up.

Your Ignition Relay Is Faulty.
It is located in the Underhood Fusebox.
Consult your manual or the box lid for the exact location.
Please accept this answer to remove it from the work queue.
