Can you boost off a 99 crown victoria battery

Yes, you can. Be advised to hook the positive cable to the positive posts first ( + ) on both batteries, then the negative cable to the "good" battery negative post ( - ) next, then to the "bad" battery's negative post.
It is preferable to do the last step hookup to the engine block (or somewhere else that is steel) than the bad battery to prevent a spark which very rarely can make an explosion.
Also remember. Your alternator is not a battery charger. Therefore, if and when you decide to "boost" someone else off, after you hook up the cables you may well need to have your car engine running about 1,500 RPM and leave the cables to the "bad" battery on for about 5 minutes.

How do you disable air bag on 95 crown victoria

1992-98

CAUTION The air bag system must be disarmed before performing service around air bag components or wiring. Failure to do so may cause accidental deployment of the air bag, resulting in unnecessary repairs and/or personal injury.
  1. Position the vehicle with the front wheels in a straight ahead position.
  2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  3. Disconnect the positive battery cable.
  4. Wait at least one minute for the air bag back-up power supply to drain before continuing.
    1. Remove the air bag module retaining bolts. Detach the electrical connector and remove the module.
    2. Attach air bag simulator tool 105-00010 or equivalent, to the vehicle harness connector.

  5. Connect the positive, then the negative battery cables.

1993 ford crown victoria: when i turn the ign key all powers ceases and i hear a click one time. i go to the positive battery cable and wiggle it slightly and the lights come on but still have same...

The cable may be corroded internally. I recommend you install a new cable from the battery to the starter. Make sure you disconnect the negative battery terminal before removing the positive battery cable. Let me know if this doesn't solve the problem or you have more questions.

Corrode battery negative cable end, how to fix it?

Cut it off and get a replacement negative cable end from a place like Walmart or auto parts store. It's ok if it doesn't have insulation, because the car is negatively grounded.

There will be two nuts and bolts on the new cable end.

Try turning on your hazard/warning flashers. The DOT 3 fuses are usually right next to each other. Follow the clicking sound.
