The front two engine bolts are removed and the enine is rotated forwards. You may be able to gain enough space by moving the coil packs, but moving the engine is the GM procedure.

Do 2005 dodge stratus sedans have spark plug coil packs or distributer? Is it easy to change the spark plugs yourself?

My 05 Town & Country has three coil packs (V6), I imagine the Stratus does the same. Plugs should be fairly easy to replace, do one at a time so that you don't cross the plug wires. I think this is an aluminum head, so use anti-seize compound on the new plugs and do NOT cross thread or overtighten them. On the T&C, the three rear-side plugs have to be reached from underneath, but on the Stratus you should be able to reach them from the top, due to the longer hood.

How do you change Spark plugs for an 05 Chrysler Pacifica and where is it located?

is it a DOHC V6 if so ur in luck their is probably a plastic cover on the engine remove that to gain access to the valve cover on the front bank. The spark plugs should be right in the center of the valve cover you'll need to get a 6" or so extension to reach down into the cylinder head to remove them the same steps for the spark plugs on the back bank (closest to the fire wall).
