Same here - and I've looked - nothing is labeled in the fuse box for the outlet. I've been going in circle on the Internet trying to find an answere for this.

MY power outlet on my 2004 Dodge Neon has not worked since I purchased the vehicle in June of 2008. There is no fuse labeled for this accessory. Can anyone shed some light on this matter. Have checked both the inside and outside fuse boxes.

Usually the fuse is labeled "cig. lighter" on the fuse box lid in the dash.

Try changing the bulbs, but if you have already done that then check out the fuse box. lights have different amps marked on them and plus it should be written on the fuse diagram in the box.......hope it helps

Hi, I have a 2005 Dodge Neon SXT and the cigarette lighter stopped working. I use it to charge my GPS and phone. I went to check the fuses and changed several and through google I read that it should be...

you need to check that there is power to the cigarette lighter before you replace it,it still may be a fuse you can usually tell if a fuse is blown by looking at it, if you can't try & get someone to show you how, cigarette lighters can usually be bought from a spare parts shop that will usually fit but you may have to a genuine one from a dodge dealer......hope this helps......cheers

2004 dodge neon fuse problem.

yes thats possible, because sometimes like you've explainde some items are on the same fuse, but some items are on the same ground, thus causing something else to appear faulty. so its possible that all of these items are on the same ground and because a fuse or relay for the a/c is faulty, it may cause something else like the dome light and door locks not to work , very crazy with these newer cars.

2004 Dodge Neon SXT issue with installing sub woofer

just plug the remote on wire into the same hole in the wiring harness that the blue wire is in. but if you are looking for the fuse, then open up the fuse box (driver's side of the dash when you open the door) and put it in the fuse that says radio.

2004 Dodge Neon SXT gauges out

Don't overlook a loose connection in the wiring harness. Since the entire dashboard goes out, the plug on the harness may not be all the way in to make a good connection. I don't think that everything would go through 1 fuse. Some of the Dodge's used to have a master thermal fuse. This would kill power to almost everything when over amp'ed or ever heated. Good Luck

2004 dodge neon fuse problem.

The dome tight is actually a combo fuse/light. If that light is burned out; 1 the locks won't work, and 2 the odometer will flash "FUSE" and 3 the "DOOR" warning light will stay on - try replacing the bulb. If it stays on with all the doors closed, more then likely one of the switches that are built into each of the door latches is not making the correct contact to shut off the dome light/dash light. The correct fix is to replace the defective latch. The other option is to just cut the wires that feel the switch inside the door - then the car will think that door is always closed and the lights will not come on when you open that door.
