2006 Chevy Colorado. I just lost my truck ignition key! How can I start it without a key?

You can't. The security system and immobilizer is there to stop EXACTLY what you are trying to do, start the car without the key and security code credentials.

Your local dealership with make you a key based on the VIN Number. Then you have to reset the security system.

Or you can try a local mobile locksmith.

Or find the key. If you lost the key in the snow, look up 'Ring Finders', a global network of metal detectorists that find lost rings and keys.

plugs are always the last to suspect when there are misfires
It is most likely injector problem from
low fuel pressure ,
dirty injector tips , injector wiring and harness or

How many miles can you can run with the oil transmission?

I couldn't find the manual for the 2005, the 2006 says the automatic transmission should be inspected every 24,000 km (15,000 mi) and changed every 60,000 km (37,500 mi).
The manual transmission should be inspected every 48,000 km (30,000 mi) and has no recommended change within 180,000 km (112,500 mi) where the maintenance schedule ends.

Here is the owners manual for the 2006, the maintenance schedule is section 6 almost the very end.

Have a 06 Pilot with 3.5 v6 and 120000 miles. Has developed a ticking in valve train. Valves were adjusted, plugs replaced engine is spotless inside no visible signs of any problems and no codes yet...

the valve train has nothing to do with the adjustment of the valves , , the ticking sounds like something may be hitting somewhere , when you rev the engine does the ticking go faster or what you have to be more specific on this problem ,

DTC P0135
Circuit Description
Heated oxygen sensors (HO2S) are used for fuel control and post catalyst monitoring. Each HO2S compares the oxygen content of the surrounding air with the oxygen content in the exhaust stream. The HO2S must reach operating temperature to provide an accurate voltage signal. A heating element inside the HO2S minimizes the time required for the sensor to reach operating temperature. Voltage is provided to the heater by the ignition 1 voltage circuit through a fuse. With the engine running, ground is provided to the heater by the HO2S heater low control circuit, through a low side driver within the powertrain control module (PCM). The PCM commands the heater ON or OFF to maintain a specific HO2S operating temperature range. The PCM determines the temperature by measuring the current flow through the heater and calculating the resistance. Based on the resistance, the PCM can predict the sensor temperature. The HO2S 1 uses pulse width modulation (PWM) to control the heater operation. The HO2S 2 simply uses ON/OFF commands to control the heater operation. For diagnosis, the PCM monitors the heater current with the engine running. The PCM also calculates the heater resistance on a cold start. Both diagnostics will only run once per ignition cycle.

If the PCM detects that the heater current or the heater calculated resistance is not within an expected range, DTC P0135 sets for HO2S 1.
