Had to install a new battery in 06 Lincoln Mark LT, Now my radion volume and station select stopped working on my steering wheel. Do I need to reset something?

You need your owners manual, to reset what ever you lost
on the radio

I don't believe the wheel controls were lost
Check the radio to see if you have things set the way you want

There won't be anything you do for the wheel buttons
just the radio

CD PLAYER WORKS BUT THE RADIO WONT PLAY

There is a problem with the audio output circuits of the radio. The easy way to fix it is to buy an aftermarket radio or get a used radio from a salvage yard or eBay.
