well what do i have to do after i get it piped in order to make it run well it just feels like the compression i dont know that much about cars im just learning but im mechanically inclined so i like to do it myself. what is it about that bolt that you can tighten and loosen that controls the valve inside the turbo... thats part of the waste gate actuator??? where should that nut be i moved it up and down a bit... the piping website you sent me is great now i just need to figure out how to make it run smooth

Okay, for a 16g on a 2g you should get an install kit. its the easiest way to do it. you could also piece your own together. i would recomend getting one HERE .

for a complete step by step guide w/ pics, check out the VFAQ

now i hope your 16g came with a wastegate actuator because you can't use the one off of the T25. if it didn't come with one, you can use a 1g actuator off of either the 14b or the 13g.

now, the internal wastegate/wastegate actuator isn't adjustable.
for more boost, you can get a boost controller, or
if you want to increase your boost by 2-3psi you can remove the restrictor in the wastegate solenoid. here is a step-by-step guide for removing it.
(if you want to run more boost than that your gonna want to get larger fuel injectors first.)

if your just running a stock ecu, no tuning is required. but if you already have a tunable system (like DSM Link, E-manage, AEM or even a SAFC) it wouldn't hurt to adjust the tune a little.

Head torque specification for l200 4d56 DID DOHC 2007

what car? and year>? and country , so we can look it up in our
great online sources. (all 3 must be known)
in the USA we use alldata.com (or the dealer FSM)

i guess you dont know that some heads are not torqued, or use TTY bolts, right? some are set by ANGLE degree.
that is covered in the FSM all that. the facts.
most head failures result from guessing.
or asking here, with no facts on car.
some engine run different heads, and different if turbo.

case in point, all this Mitsubishi engines

my guess

I have a 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse Gs non turbo that has a water outlet that has been pitted and needs replacing. I cannot find the outlet for the non-turbo. Any suggestions?

Your problem is most likely because you are describing your vehicle as a "Gs". The only similar listings in the catalog are for a "GSX". (The parts counter person probably has no clue that there is a difference) The GSX is only built in a turbo version, therefore you will not find a water outlet for the non-turbo version...it simply does not exist.

Now, if you simply describe it as an Eclipse, there are water outlets listed for the turbo 2.0L, the non-turbo 2.0L and the non-turbo 2.4L engines. You did not bother to mention engine size, so I will list the part numbers for BOTH of the non-turbo engines.

For the 2.4L engine: Compressor Works Part Number 815517

For the 2.0L engine: Compressor Works Part Number 815576

Both are available from AutoZone

How to install a t3 turbo on a 1998 Mitsubishi eclipse

it depends on the turbo. generally you need to change the manifold to one that has a t3 flange, change the down pipe to one that matches up to the turbo, plug the oil feed to the turbo and run a new one (usually off the head or T'd into the oil pressure sensor, if the new turbo doesn't have coolant ports you need to plug the coolant lines that went to the old turbo, modify the intercooler piping off the turbo, you may need a different intake tube, and if the new turbo doesn't have a internal wastegate you will need an external one and the manifold will need an external wastegate flange.
