Car is very sluggish when going up hill I replaced plug and wire also fuel pump checked for vacuum leak

a Isuzu, engine, but which one, the honda ugly duckling made out of
desperation, bad bad bad... that idea....
2.6L 4ZE1 SOHC eight valve engine features 120 hp (89 kW) and was available as an option to replace the 4ZD1 on four-wheel-drive models
or the V6>?
3.2L 175 hp (130 kW) V6

nobody can fix any car engine ,not know what they have.
the 2.6L
my online FSM shows nothing for passports, (bad news)
so i look up rodeo ,
that to has poor docs.
but the 2.6l is MAF bases
the 3.2l is map (the drawings are faulty but seems to be mAP
so as per usual. no engine, no joy.

on the 2.6L
Bogging (full time bogging not transitory is)
1: dirty MAF. or air leaks behind, it.
2: air leaks to the plenum. from any source, causes lean bogs
3: clogged injectors
4: low fuel pressure,
5: bad fuel.
ill assume it tuned up, nobody diagnoses cars not tuned, unless rich.
i assumed it not missfire, misfire is violent and not a bog that is smooth and lean loss of power.

there are simple tests for each .
we can test, or gue$$.

if v6, add clogged map nipple, the vacuum port packed
with the ubiquitous PCV/EGR cloud of death.

The truck has a 30Amp fuse link supplying power to the fuel pump relay and the main relay, a 15 Amp fuse then protects the fuel pump circuit. Relay is in the engine compartment fuse box it is Good luck to you. Hope this fixex your problem
