Right front shock gone car sitting down against 20" tires how can I tow to shop? tried a flat bed but front bumper touching bed and tires really scrubbing i trying to drive

A failed shock will not cause this (except maybe some off road air shocks). A collapsed suspension like that is due to a broken spring or separated suspension joint. Sorry, you can't drive it, towing is needed.

Mercedes s430 2000 i constantly get message airmatic go to workshop , front right suspension seems to be faulty , can it be fixed or does it need to be changed ?

It will have to be tested at a dealership. It is most likely the strut assembly, but occasionally the air pumps go bad.

don live in the real world, that suspension is never going to work right again. you are going to spend a ton of money, and no matter what you do something else will go wrong. big mercs, lincolns, BMW, caddies, land rovers, etc all sit in the same saggy swamp. there are still thousands of collapsed Peugeots sitting in barns since the 1970s across the land waiting for a real suspension fix.

take a long look at and consider junking the air or hydraulic suspension system and trading up to a real one with springs and shocks.

it is possible that the shocky on that side is faulty so a replacement would fix it if that is the fault
rather than being a "frozen "unit
it is more likely a broken unit that is allowing the suspension to bottom out on the bump
Take it to an accredited front suspension shop and have them do a front end check

Why is my front driver side wheel bent outward from the top half and making it difficult to drive?

That's called positive camber. It could be caused from hitting a curb and bending the control arm. It could also be dangerously worn front suspension parts. You need to get it to a front end alignment shop asap. If your ball joints fail, the wheel could collapse while you are driving.

My suggestion to you and all the other folks leaving questions on this board about collapsed air suspension systems in luxury cars is to fix that one by replacing it with a real spring and shock system which you can buy at if it is economically feasible, then sell it and avoid air suspensions systems like the plague. There are legions of old 70s Citroens still sitting idle 30 years later on collapsed air suspensions systems in garages and barns all over the country which cars the buyers can't let go because they cost so damn much. Get a coleman air mattress and use it every day, see how long it really lasts.

Front suspensin on a w124 merecedes collapsed

The upper mounting bracket of these are known to corrode and fall apart. I am glad you were not driving when this happened. A weld shop may be able to repair and replace the spring after repairing.
