was it doing this before you changed them? something is wrong with your firing, recheck firing order. could be a component you swapped in is faulty. if it was doing this before you changed them check crank sensor and lambda sensor
Lately there has been alot of questionable fuel going around - I would put a heavy duty fuel system cleaner through it and check for a cracked or missing vacuum line.
remove the spark plugs disable the fuel pump and ignition system crank the engine to clear the combustion chamber remove the fuel tank and replace clear the fuel lines and replace the filter
speaking of filters, don't forget the air filter too
by then you might be ready to reassemble and try to start but first....change the oil and then cross your fingers
