Question about 1994 Toyota Pickup
Truck starts fine but dies after 3-4 seconds at idle and when you try to give it gas. Fuel filter ? manual says it is either under frame rail or in engine compartment under manifold BUT I CAN"T FIND IT !
I changed my fuel pump and filter and still i have the same problem it runs for a few secs then dies. now im outta ideas. Is there more than one fuel filter? Changeing the fuel filter was quite easy on the truck put the front up on stands...took the passanger wheel off and was able to reach the filter by undoing one of the breaket bolts(12mm) located just above the starter back alittle further..pulled the filter with lines forward above the brake pads and then used a two 17mm wrenches to undo the bolts on each end. then reassemble. total time about 35 mins
