Then replace the tranny.

first thing i would try is a new fuel filter,,if that dosen't solve it,the best thing to do is get a scan to see which sensor might be going bad.

Has it ever been tune up,

Code 37 is torque converter clutch solenoid failure. Transmission wont shift in and out of overdrive.

It can be issue with IAC( idle air control valve) causing the problem.

There are many other possibilities causing these idle issues.Engine idles rough.

vacuum leak, egr valve, crank or cam sensor......

change the mass air flow meter.You have nothing to lose that supposed to be changed at 60.000.miles

This car has seporate coil packs for each cylinder, have you tried swapping the front bad one with a good one to see if they switch ?
The engine you just put in may have come with some blown coils.

check air flue meter.take a matchstick and push into the hose .if it works change air flue meter
