Hi Mart88,
If what you're saying is that there is no power anywhere, and you're not getting any sign of power on the instrument panel, try the battery connection and check the cables that are connected to the main positive clamp from the battery.....If that's not a help, let me have more info please....

Best regards Johngee10

I have a 1999 gmc sierra 1500 my amp gauge is going from 16 to 9 then I start loosing all power to my interior and no head lights or anything engine still runs fine can happen for a few miles then eve

You may need a shop manual to get the wiring diagrams and test procedures.
The alternator output should be around 14 volts unless you have a heavy load such as headlights or the heater blower on high.
If voltage goes above 14 the regulator could be faulty even tho you say the alternator checked out ok on a bench test.
The regulator gets a power signal from the gauge on the dash to energize it. There could be a loose connection somewhere in the charging system, or something in the instrument cluster. Even the key switch could be a factor.

The heater dont work on my 2004 gmc sierra 1500, engine(4.8) only the AC works in it... but the heater not anymore.... please help... and also the temperature gauge not working, it's only pointing...

it sounds like a heater door actuator is not allowing the door to swing into the heat position...as for the temp gauge there is a recall for a bad insterment cluster for that truck...a circuit board is cracked in the dash not allowing the gauge to function...call a GM dealer to get more info on this recall...the heat problem can be easliy fixed at any qualified service station

Won't start turn ignition on does not crank gauges work battery is good already cleaned battery post and checked all fuses the voltage gauge in dash shows to be a little weak and the heater blower is not...

the best bet is to go to the started and check to see the signal wire is getting current when you try to crank it, if not you locate the signal wire on the starter which is the small wire and jump it with power, if it is not doing anything then your starter is bad. if it turns then your problem is somewhere else.

I have a 91 gmc k2500. All the sudden my radio quit working when that happen my cig lighter and dome light quit too. I checked the fuses in the cab and they are good. Someone said to check under the hood...

Check your brake light fuse below the dash. Some models use this fuse to power accessories like you have that not working. Don't ask my why though.

4 wheel drive gmc sierra 1500 1993. the cigarette lighter, radio and inside cab light suddenly don't work. is there a relay or fuse in engine compartment i could look at?

your fuse panel is either under the dash by the drivers left knee or on the side of the dash where it meets the door. the radio fuse should be the second from the top right side of the fuse panel. its a 10 amp fuse. the power for the switch should be a 16 gauge wire run from the passenger firewall (under hood.) behind a plastic cover where a lot of wires are bolted to posts. that red wire feeds power to almost everything in the cab. it runs behind the glove box and has a disconnect there. if the fuse is not bad and the wire looks good, check the ground on the passenger door "open switch" (the one that is supposed to turn on the dome light. that is where the whole system is grounded for the int. lights lights
