Just fixed one.it was the turn sig switch.witch is also the lights/wipers/highbeem switch all one piece$104 at autozone

This is a common problem with this, the problem is a bad flasher unit, this is part of the hazard light switch, you will need to replace the hazard switch and this will solve the problem, this was a bad design by gm, i've replaced 30 of these for the same problem or the signals stopped working, this part was on back order at dealer, they might sell them aftermarket (autopart store) and bt now the dealer should stock it, heres a picture of it, hope this helps.

Check the flasher and brake light relays. Check relays under hood in electrical box to make sure they are seated properly and not loose.
