Question about 1993 Ford Thunderbird

Brake issue with ABS

Got a 93 Tbird LX with the 5.0 V8 and I have discovered that the brakes are hard as a rock and barely stop the car. I have come to the conclusion it is the Brake Booster but I do not see a brake booster on the firewall. Is it perhaps inside the cabin on the car? Or did the company that did the brake job on it forget to put one on when the car had a brake overhaul about 6 months ago? Thanks in Advance for any words of wisdom on this problem.

Don't worry about it until you drive the truck. Complete the brake bleeding then drive it. If it stays on then you are going to have to have the codes pulled

My 2002 tbird won't shift out of park I played with the shifter and rocked the car and got it out a couple of times

The first thing to do is check the brake lights, if they don't work the shifter lock will not release the shifter from park. The common problem on this model is the connector at the brake light switch is defective due to broken wires inside the plastic outer insulator.
