THERE IS A FUSE RELAY/ POWERBOX UNDER THE HOOD. GET A FUSE TESTER, TEST ALL FUSES BIG & SMALL. ONE OF THEM MUST BE BLOWN. THERE ARE TEST POINTS FACING OUT. THEY CAN BE TESTED WHILE STILL IN PLACE. POWER ON ONE SIDE ONLY, BAD FUSE. POWER ON BOTH SIDES GOOD FUSE. POWER ON NEITHER , PROBABLY A SPARE.

A ford territory 2006 that won't start, even after replacing battery?

check for battery voltage at the large terminal on the starter. THere should be power at all times.

Have a helper turn the key to the crank position while you check for power on the smaller wire at the starter. There should be power anytime the key is in the crank position.

If there is power at both terminals than the starter is bad. If there is no power at the large wire check your battery connection. If there is no power at the the small wire you will need to trace it back to its origin.

My car wont start

Can you describe a bit more about what you tried? Have you checked the strength of the battery? Even if the battery powers most of the accessories it may not have enough power to crank the engine. Will it start if you try to jump it?

Can not start

The reason your battery only reads 10 volts is because a battery is made up of 6 individual cells. One of the cells is bad. So even by jump starting your vehicle with another car you will still only get 10volts from your batter plus a small 12 volt boost from the other car but only as much amperage as the battery cables will carry. You may also find that the starter is dragging a bit. By replacing your battery you will get a lot more starting power.
