I had the same problem with my 94 Honda Accord LX, and I had to replace the driveshaft (CV Joint). It will click everytime you make a right turn. If you ride long enough it could get worse and start to feel like it is slipping out of place. If you will, visit www.advanceautoparts or www.hondaautomotiveparts.com for an estimate on the part. It is less than 100 bucks not including labor.

2011 camry noise left front wheel when turning

Is it a "clicking" sound?
3 clicks per tire revolution?
It may be a worn out CV joint but on a 2011?

Is it a "grumble/rumble" sound?

Would you call it a "squeak"?

Can you describe the noise,please?

One of your CV joints are bad, inspect which CV joint needs to be replaced. Roll your windows down and make tight right and left corners in an empty parking lot slowly and listen for the clicking noise. If it's coming from the passenger side window or the drivers side window, which ever side the noise is coming from is the side that the CV joint has failed and will need to be replaced.
Thank you for using FIxya and replacing the front wheel bearing improperly buy hammering the CV joint out instead of using a wheel bearing puller will cause damage to the CV joint as to what you have described. Good luck and keep us posted.

possibly both front outer CV joints need replacing on drive shafts
usually clicking when turning right, mainly on take off means right CV outer end of drive shaft is shot.
have wheel bearings been inspected for wear?
jack up wheel
grab top and bottom of wheel and flex(shimmy) back and forth to feel if loose.
