Is the A/C running at the time? If so the condensation is dropped near the exhaust of the vehicle, and could be what you hear.

2008 trailblazer shifted from neutral to drive had it jacked up before now wont go into park and nothing works

Since you had it in neutral, the battery could have drained. Many things are still on when you can't turn the key completely off. And you can't when it is in neutral.

How can I tell if my universal joints are bad ?

The easiest way would be to take hard turns in a parking lot at slow speeds both left and right. If you hear a clicking noise and as you slowly speed up noise follows speed, most likely the front universal joint. Or you could have it checked out by a qualified mechanic. .

My 2006 Honda accord is making a tweet noise when in drive but my foot is on the brake. It stops doing it when I put it in park. What could this be?

your brake pads will be low and will require replacing. the tweet you hear is a small amount of metal built into the pads. when it wears to this amount, metal on metal contact occurs giving you this audible noise. Replace immediately before damage to the discs occur

My break pads and roters are good....but once in a blue moon while driveing i hear a load knocking or rubbing of metal around the driver area around the wheel well, followed by a very loud screeching/metal...

perhaps a stone has lodged in the brake caliper, or the bolts holding the caliper are loose, also check wheel bearing, and wheel lugs, either way it shouldnt make that noise and will need someone to look at it, it should be easy to see what is scraping

Squeak and slight vibration heard and felt in steering column at low speeds (Parking lots, etc)

Get a friend to turn wheel back and forth in the garage, get on the ground and use your hands to feel where the noise is coming from. Metal gives off a significant amount of vibrations with noise. Should be easy to tell where it's coming from. Could be your rack and pinion, however I would be much more willing to consider ball joints. Hard to tell without getting "down and dirty" on the floor under the vehicle feeling for the noise.

Could be your steering gearbox, tierod end, rack and pinion piston, low power steering fluid, bad serp belt, ball joints, front struts/mounting hardware.

Also test steering with the entire vehicle on the floor and with the front end off the ground lifted by a few floor jacks lifting on the frame of the vehicle.

Ball joints especially on Ford vehicles tend to squeak after a while (mostly since they are the sealed type) even if they pass a safety inspection.
