Power Windows quit working on 2004 Mercury Mountaineer. Checked one fuse, and it is good. Manual shows 30 A Circuit Breaker, but not sure how to check, or if that could be problem.

Is the battery good in it?

The fuse for the power windows is located in the power distribution box located in the engine compartment (see picture below). It is a 60 amp cartridge fuse. However this also controls audio and your delay accessories. If your not having problems with the other stuff then it might be the circuit breaker for the power windows, which I'm guessing it is. The 60 amp cartridge fuse is located in the number 6 position and the 30 amp circuit breaker is located in the number 62 position in that same box (see picture of layout below). This should be in your owners manual if you have one. It could very well be a fuse or a circuit breaker which is most likely the case. In the power distribution box located in the engine compartment (see picture below) is one fuse and one circuit breaker. In the number 6 position is a fuse that controls the windows but also controls the audio. If not having probs with the audio there is a 30 amp circuit breaker just for the windows and that is located in the number 62 position. You can see both those positions in the other picture below. they can go bad-swap it out with another that you don't need, just to try and see if it is the relay-listed are relays that might only control, for instance, the rear window defroster-generally, relays are all the same, some just get used heavily and some don't (i.e., ABS)-worth a try

check the switch for power to it and functionality of switching the other windows. Also, the harness connection to the switch assembly should be checked.

the igintion switch is bad

The windows are controlled by a circuit breaker in the power distribution box in your engine compartment. Go to www.flmowner.com ,select the year make and model of your vehicle. Select find my vehicle. Select owner guide 1st printing. Page 175 and 178 are the ones you want to look at. If this circuit breaker is bad I'm sure it will be a much cheaper fix. I hope this helps.

look for power window 25 amp or 30 amp circuit breaker in fuse panel.

It's a 60 amp FUSE, not a breaker. It's in the fuse box found under the hood. I think it's #6
The other 15 amp fuse is located in the under dash fuse box. I think it's # 17, but I'm not positive. The owners manual will show you where the fuse boxes are located.
