How to open the glass on the rear door of a 2005 nissan pathfinder

Even the manual is vague here. You need to look under the chrome trim where the main hatch lever is. Off to the far right is a handle which, if you get down and look, appears to be a vent or something. Put your fingers in and pull up, this will release the hatch... then pull up on the small handle on the hatch itself.

2005 nissan murano door lock

The Body Control Modual is not recieving a feed back from the passenger door lock confirming the unlock command and is therefore not energizing the rear hatch. There is no physical lock on the hatch - just yes or no for power from the BCM.

I have a 2005 nissan sentra. Tire size is 195/60 R15. I have the chance to get 2 195/65 R15 tires at a good price, and want to put them on the back, keeping the 195/60's on the front. Will this be OK? Some...

Hi!

195(width in mm)/60(sidewall height in % of width) R15(rim diameter)

This means, a 195/60 R15 rides lower than a 195/65 R15 tire. Imagine how it would look like when you put these different tire sizes on one car. It can be done but the car will be unbalanced both mechanically and aesthetically. Remember, your car was not designed for different front and rear tire sizes unlike some sports cars.

A 2005 model will most like come standard with ABS as with most cars produced year 2001 onwards.
Just buy 1 tire size for your car. If you wish to change to another tire size, change all the tires.

Good luck!

How do i open the right taillight assembly to replace a turn signal bulb.

Hi there,

Firstly, open the rear hatch of your van. There are two black button like protrusions behind the hatch next to the turn signal lamp. Pry these out and remove lens. Then replace the bulb.

Hope this helps.

What is considered bank 2 on the nissa frontier?

it depends if it is a 4 or 6 cylender, if its a 4 cylender bank 2 would be the oxygen sensor closest to the converter. if its a v6 bank 2 is usually the passengers side.. is it bank 2 sensor 1, or?? they code them in a few different ways so its hard to explain... but on a 4 cylender bank 1 is cosest to the engine, and bank 2 is closest to the cadalatic converter..

Need to replace license plate bulb on my 2005

1. Open the hatch and stand under it.
2. Remove pull handle from the inside of the hatch (2 screws under pop panels).
3. Starting in the lower corners, gently pry the entire interior panel from the hatch,
and leave it hanging from the wiper area near the glass.
4. Grasp the bulb housing and twist to the left while pressing inward.
5. Replace with a 1156 bulb.

Automatic locks do not work on doors but works on hatch.

This is a common concern that is only on the 2005 models. The problem is software related. The repair is to reprogram the body control module with a newer version that corrects this issue. Dodge had issued a service bulletin for this concern then can be performed free of charge if it is still under the factory warranty, if not then you will be charged for the repair which will be whatever the hourly rate is. The repair will only take one hour and does not require any parts. So they will only charge you for the one hour labour for them to have the vehicle. I'm not sure if your car is still under warranty or not. But it's also a rip off for them to charge you for an hour when they just hook it to a computer to reprogram it and then leave your car alone until it's done
