If you can tell where the knock is coming from, it helps a great deal. I know it can be hard for a person not really trained, so I will try to keep it simple. If it sounds like it's coming from the bottom of the enginem then it's most likely a bad bearing. If it sounds like it's coming from the middle or top, then it might be a bad valve lifter or other vbalve train component failure.

I wouldn't drive it if possible and have it towed to a repair shop that you trust for diagnosis. If it is a bad bearing and you continue to drive it, it can cause total failure of the engine and extensive damage.

Unfortunately this sounds very much like a vehicles that has been neglected and has not had regular services. Take it to a repairer and ask for a quote to fix all the issues. Be prepared for bad news as it may not be worth repairing.

What is knocking? Not a steering pump!

You change the entire pump, not the pulley

Sounds to me like an idler pulley bearing. If that is for sure where the sound is coming from. If thats the case then time to swap out the pulley.

I recently got a oil and filter change now i hear knocking noise
If the oil has been changed, why are you putting more oil into the engine? Does the engine use/burn oil, or have an oil leak? If you have none of these problems, then you may be overfilling the engine which is just as bad as no oil.
