I have a 2000 chevy cavalier z24 and have a leak coming from the car. @ 127,000 miles i had an oil change and prior to me bringing it in the coolant light was going on and off - he checked the fluids and filled it. Now im @ 128,328 miles and now theres spots on the driveway and the coolant light is going on and off again - not sure if its the coolant itself or if its from the cold - got this car about 11 months ago and havent had a problem with it could it be a pump or something ?

With this age of engine, the most likely cause is plugged up drain holes in the head. This allows the oil that goes to the cam and valve mechanism to be retained under the valve cover and present a challenge to the old valve cover gaskets,. Recommend you remove the valve cover, make sure the oil drain holes are clear and replace the valve cover gasket.
Check the hoses and clamps going from the reservoir to the radiator and from the radiator to the engine. Make sure they are flexible and in good condition.
Check the reservoir and radiator for leaks.
Replace any parts they may be failing. If no leaks are found proceed to next step.
Check engine oil. If oil has coolant in it you may have a blown head gasket or crack in the head or engine block. Another sign of a coolant leak into the cylinders is white smoke coming from the exhaust after the engine is warmed up.
Check for vacuum leaks. Spray some carb cleaner or WD40 around the intake manifold, trottle body and any vacuum lines. Check for loose connections on engine wiring harness (Maybe you disconnected a sensor, and forgot to re-attach it?).
