Problem for Ford 1995 Thunderbird

I am trying to put in a fuse for my girls 95 ford thunderbird but it has on fuse layout. Then on top of that all of the fuses are 10's (which I believe is wrong) I need to find out where does this fuse go for the reverse lights.

the backup lights are a part of the hazord lights if your hazord lights work its the reverse neutral switch thats at fault
