Its a little bit of a pain. First disconnect your battery, then remove the air bag, then the steering wheel, then remove the plastic bezel around the column, unhook the connections, unscrew the switch, pull it out and put the new one in and do the same in reverse.

Turn lights blink with hazards but not with turn signal..flasher replaced. is It the multifunction lever then??

There should be a turn signal flasher and a hazard flasher. They are two different parts. If you replaced the hazard flasher and not the turn signal flasher than I would start by replacing the turn signal flasher.

One thing you can do once you find the turn signal flasher is to unplug it and use a jumper wire between the two pins of the connector then turn the key to the run position and place the turn signal lever in the left or right position. If the turn signal lights know light up than the turn signal flasher is the problem

Left signal wont turn off, and right signal wont

I Think your turn signal switch is most probably faulty. So that, you will need to replace it. Please, check the video below. It shows the operations to replace the turn signal switch. I think that the operations are quite similar in most modern cars. Good luck!

When I use the turn lever to signal a turn, the wiper starts and makes one pass

There is a problem with the contacts in the switch, you will need to replace the switch to correct this issue.
