The idle screw can be located by following the throttle cable to the carby body, you will find a quarter wheel which the cable hooks into at the bottom you'll see adjustment screw, this will adjust your idle speed.

I have a idol problem with my car. please help

Idle problem like what? too low? too high? If it is too low it could be because your air filter is way too dirty or the throttle body has a bunch of carbon built up in it around the butterfly valve and gets no air at idle. If it is too high you have a vacuum leak. air sucking in from a cracked hose or intake manifold gasket. Check all your vacuum hoses and spray carb cleaner around the intake manifold gasket while the car is running.

T bird stalls on idol?

Check all vacuum lines and electric connections. It sounds like a Throttle position sensor or an EGR valve problem. If it idles too slow there are a few screws to turn like on the old carburetors. The vacuum routing is on a label and you may have the wrong hose somewhere.
