Buick century 1998 power window passenger side will not work , nothing work mechinal , all other windows work

You most likely have a bad window lift motor or MORE LIKELY a broken window regulator. The door must be disassembled to replace either or both of these.
It could also be a bad window control switch or a broken wire in the door-jamb area. Please note that EITHER of the switches for the passenger window (the driver's control switch or the one on the passenger door) can cause BOTH of the switches to not work to move the passenger window. In this case, electrical diagnosis must be performed to locate the cause of the problem.

It is a common problem for the window regulators to fail on many makes of cars nowdays, and that sounds like what going on with your car. They will have to be replaced as an assembly.

1994 Buick Century - drivers electric window goes down but stops on way back up - if you wait a minute and try to close again goes up a little more and quits - wait another minute and try again goes up...

You either have a bad motor(regulator) or bad bushings in the motor gearbox. If you do not want to open the gear box, then replace the motor/regulator assembly(bushings already installed) which is what most people do.

Replace the Driver side window switch. These have a corrosion issue.

1990 buick centruty, driver door schematic (window regulator)

The first thing you need to do before buying any parts is to remove the door panel and find out exactly what is wrong, the motor is a gear reduction unit and even if the motor works it may still not drive the output gear. The door panel is held on by screws and hidden clips, pop off any panels or light fixtures on the door trim, under those you will find the hidden retainer screws, then gently pull door panel at edges to disengage feather style snaps.
