Question about 1996 Ford F250 Crew Cab
I can get it started when its cold, but dies when it warms up and won't restart. I replaced orings on injectors and had it running. It acts like its running out of fuel. I have fuel in the front tank, checked everything that electrical. (the orings were bad on the the injectors) It has the new cam senser. put a new fuel pump on it, got it started when it ran for 10 min it just shut down won't restart.
Glow plugs like above mentioned but i would check the inline fuel filter the cab filter in engine compartment for priming as these can become clogged over time and or your fuel pump in tank
Over the years disel tanks accumulate debrie on bottom of tank and require a special drain and cleaning of tank at any diesel shop they will replace intank filter mesh for disel service

Check the glow plug timer relay. This is what determines the length of time your glow plugs stay on. If it is cycling off too soon, you will have this problem.,
