When you change out the Distributor, you need to change out two other things as well. You need new spark plugs, and spark plug covors.

Why won't it start?

So do you know for a fact you don't have spark when it fails to start ? ?
And do you know for sure that the injector has power and a ground signal ?
Will it try to start if you spray cleaner into the throttle body even with normal fuel pressure ?
Since you have a distributor, you have an ign control module, but you also have a pickup coil which may be in the bottom of the dist.
Could be a problem with one of the connectors too.

1994 chevy conversion van G20 explorer limited 350 TBI... Sat for 3 yrs I changed all fluids, gas, fuel pump, sock and filter, cap, wires, rotor, ICM in the distributor, cleaned out injectors, then it...

Lost me there at"injectors don't fire, but they do" Anyway, the crank sensor/ECM is what controls injector fire. Could be corrosion at the injector, crank sensor, or ECM plug. Could be the injector/s died. Been a long time since I worked on a TBI. but the injectors can be checked with an ohm meter. I don't remember the numbers though. You can find the numbers on the internet.

92 lumina apv cranks but wont start

As you know this is a fairly simple system.
The pickup coil in the dist signals the module and computer when to fire the plugs and injectors. If you are getting a pulse to the injectors you should be getting a pulse to the ICM.
Is it possible there is a break in the harness to the dist or the ICM ?
And is it possible the distributor is not turning or not in time ?
Can you make and break ground on the new coil to make it spark ?
You may have to go back over everything again and see if you missed something.

Replaced fuel pump and filter and camshaft sensor and crankshaft sensor will crank but not start.

try replacing the coil and distribitor as well as rotor button. Also before you go sinking to much more money in find out if its getting fuel or a spark. Crank the engine over several times and pull a plug see if its wet and smells like gas if so your getting fuel. Then pull a plug and ground the firing end on the engine block witht the other end still connected into the boot. Have some crank over the engine and see if you can see a spark, If so you have spark. CAUTION do not hold onto the plug wire and boot when the car is being turned over. you will get a big sock, it wont hurt you but it will hurt like hell.

1996 gmc jimmy wont start seems like advanced timing issue backfiring out throttlebody, replaced timing pick up, distribitor cap, crank sensor, ICM, when ignition conrol module replace the engine ran fine...

You said the problem happened right after the engine was replaced correct? If so bring number cylinder to top dead center on the compression stroke. Remove the distributor cap and see if the rotor is lined up with the number one spark plug wire. It's possible the distributor was installed 180 degrees out.

Starts and dies on acceleration then will not run

crank shaft position sensor is most likely cause. Do check ignition and fuel pump relays with an ohmmeter to make sure they are not faulty. Check power to ignition module. You can also check crank sensor with the ohmmeter. Check all vacuum hose and also check throttle position sensor.

Cranks but no start, no injector signal or spark

SEE IF YOU CAN PULL CODES AND DATA READINGS, IF YES MORE THEN LIKELY ECU OK. CHECK DIST. FOR PLUG FIRE AND INJECTOR PLUSATION, IF NO FIRE OR PLUSATION POSS. BAD IGNITION COIL OR MODULE.OHM COIL.

Have you tried the fuel pump relay? It may be the safety switch needs resetting.
