Try and tighten the connection. Don’t use adjustable wrenches, use opened end wrenches. The connection nuts are soft and will strip easy. If it tightens and stops leaking great. If not you will have to replace the line. This is more difficult.

I have a 1978 Cadillac Deville, where is the fuel

It depends. If your car is carburated then the fuel pump is located on the lower passenger side of the engine at the front. If you have a fuel injected model then the pump is in one of two places. It may be mounted on the frame just ahead of the left (driver's side) rear wheel or it may be in the fuel tank. On Eldorado models the frame mounted pump is on the right (passenger's) side.

Where are the oxygen sensors,,and where are the fuel filters

Under vehicle, follow exhaust manifolds from engine and you'll see them sticking out from sides with wires running to them. About 4" long.
Fuel filter should be attached to tank, near front, top, and you should be able to see it from under passenger side, just ahead of rear wheel..

Where is the fuel filter located on a 2001 dodge stratus?

Check frame rail on passenger side, just ahead of tank, and rear wheel. Don't forget safety stand if using jack !! May be easier with rear wheel off.

My 88 mustang LX will start but immediately dies. Could it be the fuel filter, and if so where is the filter located.

Fuel filter located ahead of rear wheel on frame rail on passenger side usually. I believe those have an inertia switch located in trunk, (hatch) behind side panel on drivers side, if not check passenger side, that cuts off power to fuel pump in an accident situation, but I've seen them tripped just by someone bumping the back fender there. Should be a button sticking out from it, just push it in to reset.

I cant locate the fuel filter

Not 100% sure on stratus, but common place for dodge is ahead of the passenger side rear wheel, under car attached to frame. If not in that area, jack up passenger rear side, and use safety stands, & follow lines from top of tank, you'll find it.
