If you have the electrical type of 4wd system it could be anything from a bare wire to a faulty transfer case switching motor. You should have a qualified Tech look at it.

What would cause 1994 K1500 to still blowing the fuse even after swapping out with new parts

Sounds more like you have a wire that is grounding out and causing a short circuit. I would do a close visual inspection of the wiring and look for any chaff or rub spot.

Everytime I put into low range 4x4 drive I blow the fuse to dashboard

On your gear stick in the plate u have a switch the allows the signal to go to ur dash boar . Is wear out. Need to take a part. And tape or use other means to ground it off. Is shorting out.

Have a 05 dodge 1500 the 4x4 switch an overhead console leds quit working an keeps blowing the fuse as soon as i put it in

Odd that your vehicle runs both systems on the same circuit and with only a 10 amp fuse. I'd try a 20 amp fuse to see if that works. Worth a shot, it shouldn't harm anything.

I have a 93 gmc sierra 1500 4x4 every time i engage it into 4x4 it blows the 4x4 fuse

Try unplugging the front axle actuator (at the front differential). If the fuse stops blowing, you have a short inside the actuator.

My atc fuse would keep blowing I put a bigger fuse it didn't blow that but I herd a zap noise from my TCCM now my 4x4 won't work 1999 jimmy

What you have done? You Just damage the TCCM and that's why you will not manage to shift 4x4. Why this happened? Because you had shortage somewhere and you receive blown ATC fuse. You put a bigger fuse in capacity where the was stronger to blown and the fault moved to the tccm system which was not protected and blown.Ask for an expert to check and see whether the fault is easy to get fixed.

My 4x4 fuse keeps blowing. I put in a new one, shift into 4 wheel drive and it blows. Is it a short or could my 4 wheel drive be out. It is a 1994 chevy suburan.

Try this,on the front axle there is an actuator for the 4x4,unplug it and try to engage 4x4 with it unplugged,if the fuse doesn't blow, actuator is bad.
Also look at the wires going to the actuator they get damaged from brush and things.

Fuse blows when in 4x4 when u put it in gear

There is a sensor in the front axle that locks and unlocks the hub. Wires could possibly be shorted from damage or wear.

95 chevy k3500 will not shift into 4hi

Hi ..i had the same same problem in my k3500,check 4x4 fuse first .if thats blown replace it if blows when you put in 4x4 go under the car and unplug the actuator at the front diff.go back in the cab and put another fuse in, shift into 4x4 if the fuse does not blow this time you will need a new actuator.
thats what happened with mine and now 4x4 is sweet.i thought mine worked to at the start until i got bogged and noticed my front wheels wernt turning.
