Question about 1993 Mazda 626
Front or Rear?
By "crank" do you mean "push" or "rotate"
The rear pistons should be wound back in by using an allen key to turn the pinion at the back of the caliper. This pinion is accessed by removing a hex head plug (With its copper sealing washer.) which is about 10mm away from the hex head bolt holding the handbrake cable bracket to the caliper.
The allen key can be easily turned, and it takes about one minute at the most to wind the piston back in.
