If it was soaked with oil, then replace the whole distribution cap rotor.

Cleaning the rotor is not enough, the caps must have a half mm or so distance to be adjusted, to make it easier I would change the rotor.

I mean the plated contacts under the cap (on main part of the rotor) must have half mm gap, they probably need adjustment.

On models equipped with external coil, ensure spark occurs as follows:
Disconnect coil wire at distributor.
Hold end of coil wire approximately 1/2 inch from vehicle body.
Crank engine and check for spark to occur. On fuel injected models, to prevent fuel from being injected during testing, limit cranking to 1---2 seconds.
If spark does not occur, proceed to step 3.
On models equipped with internal coil, proceed as follows:
Disconnect spark plug wiring, then remove spark plugs.
Connect spark plug wiring to spark plugs.
Ground spark plugs, then while cranking engine, ensure spark jumps spark plug gap. On fuel injected models, to prevent fuel from being injected during testing, limit cranking to 1-2 seconds.
If spark does not occur, proceed to step 3.
Check ignition coil, igniter and distributor wiring connections. If connections are secure, proceed to step 4.
Check spark plug wiring resistance values. Refer to Spark Plug Wire Resistance Test for procedure.
Turn ignition switch ``On,'' then check for battery voltage at ignition coil positive (+) terminal. If battery voltage is not present, check wiring between ignition switch to ignition coil and igniter and repair as necessary.
Check resistance of ignition coil. Refer to Ignition Coil Test for procedure.
Check distributor pick-up coil(s) resistance and pick-up coil(s) air gap. Refer to Pick-up Coil Test for procedure.
On 3S-GE and 7M-GE engines, check IGt signal from ECU for approximately 1.0v. If approximately 1.0v is not present, check wiring between ECU, distributor and igniter and replace as necessary. If wiring is satisfactory, replace ECU.
On all models, if components tests performed in steps 3 through 8 were satisfactory and spark does not occur, replace igniter.

While driving engine light comes on - engine only 1500RPM and no reaction on fuel pedal if i switch engine completely of engine runs normally for plus minus 500m then the same problem thank you

Initially a code read should provide an answer of some sort and is the first step to a diagnosis.

In most cases when the engine management detects a fault it will record it, switch on the light and then switch to a get-you-home programme when often the driver will find little or no difference in driveability.
The main exceptions are a faulty cam or crank sensor which will stop or almost stop the engine and this might be your problem.

It is wise to check the exact function of the light with the vehicle handbook. Sometimes there is more than one light to indicate a fault and apart from the check engine light there could be an emissions light or an overboost light for turbo models.

The low oil pressure warning lamp will illuminate anytime the ignition switch is turned to the ON position without the engine running. When the engine is running, the light also illuminates if the engine oil pressure drops below a safe oil pressure level. To test the system, perform the following:
If the oil pressure light does not work, perform the following:
  1. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
  2. If the lamp does not light, check for a broken or disconnected wire around the engine and oil pressure sending unit switch.
  3. If the wire at the connector checks out OK, pull the connector loose from the switch and, with a jumper wire, ground the connector to the engine.
  4. With the ignition switch turned to the ON position, check the warning lamp. If the lamp lights, make sure the oil pressure switch is properly grounded in the cylinder block, and if so replace the oil pressure switch. If the lamp still fails to light, check for a burned out lamp or disconnected socket in the instrument cluster.
To diagnose an oil pressure light that stays on, perform the following:
  1. Check the engine oil level and top off as necessary. If the engine was 2 or more quarts low on oil, test start the engine after topping off the oil level and recheck the oil pressure light operation. If the light stays on, stop the engine immediately and go to the next step.
  2. Disconnect the wire at the sending unit, then turn the ignition switch to theON position. If the light remains on, check the wire from the sending unit to the gauge for being shorted to ground and repair as necessary. If the light goes out, turn the ignition switch OFF and go to the next step.
  3. Replace the oil pressure sending switch with a known good switch.
  4. Start the engine and check the oil pressure light operation. If the light stays on with the engine running, stop the engine immediately to avoid severe engine damage until the cause of the problem can be determined.

WARNING
If the oil pressure light remains on while the engine is started, stop the engine immediately. Do not operate the engine until the cause of the problem can be determined. Operating an engine with low oil pressure will cause severe internal damage.

Possible causes for an oil pressure light to stay on are:

Pinched or grounded sensor wireDefective oil pressure sending unitRestricted or severely leaking oil filterExcessive internal engine bearing clearance.Insufficient or severely contaminated engine oilBlocked oil pump pickup screen or severely worn oil pump

Y the stop engine oil light comes on with a buzzer sound

May want to have to oil pressure checked and check the oil pressure switch for signs of leaking. If the switch is loosing signal then the ECM triggers the stop engine warning light.

see this steps and fix it. God bless you
The Check Engine Light (which is actually the Malfunction Indicator Lamp or MIL) alerts you when an emissions-related problem occurs with the engine control system or emission controls on your vehicle. Depending on the nature of the problem, the Check Engine Light may come on and remain on continuously or flash. Some intermittent problems will make the Check Engine Light come on only while the fault is occurring (such as engine misfire). The Check Engine light usually remains on once a fault has been detected, and will remain on to remind you that a problem has occurred that needs to be investigated.
An illuminated Check Engine Light can be annoying because you don't know what's wrong, and whether or not the problem might be a serious one or just a minor fault. There is no way to know what the problem is until you plug a scan tool into the vehicle's diagnostic connector and read out the code(s) that turned the light on.
If no other warning lights are on, and the engine seems to be running normally (no unusual noises, smells, vibrations, etc.), you can assume the fault that is causing the Check Engine Light to come on is probably minor and won't hinder your ability to continue driving. But if other warning lights are on, you should probably stop and investigate the problem.
When the Check Engine Light comes on, a diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is recorded in the powertrain control module (PCM) memory that corresponds to the fault. Some problems can generate more than one trouble code, and some vehicles may have multiple problems that set multiple trouble codes.

An orange warning light shaped like an engine has come on what does it mean

Engine warning light

eng_man_light_72.jpg Illuminates when the ignition is switched on. It should extinguish as soon as the engine starts.
If it illuminates with the engine running, it indicates a malfunction with the engine management system. Have this checked as soon as possible.
If it flashes when driving, reduce the vehicle speed immediately until the light illuminates constantly. If it continues to flash, avoid heavy acceleration and high engine speed, stop the vehicle and have it checked immediately.
On some vehicles this light may be red - again stop the vehicle and seek assistance.
If it is safe to do so, try stopping the vehicle, switching off the engine, wait two minutes, then restarting the engine to reset the engine management system.
With the light illuminated, the vehicle is still safe to drive as long as no other faults are apparent with the engine. Have the vehicle checked by a dealer or garage as soon as possible to avoid any damage being caused to the catalytic converter

Random surges interrupt electrical system. When stopped, car stalls immediately and all warning lights come on. While driving, car hesitates and goes through an extremely fast restart with check engine...

the ignition switch itself,or the ignition relay is bad.the ignition relay is in the fuse box under the hood.swap it with another relay with the same number.another thing you could do is run 12v from the battery to the pin that is activated by the relay when it is turned on.This will power up the cluster and if the car stays running fine, the ignition switch or the wiring from it to the relay is bad.The crank sensor failure will set off a check engine light as the pcm will detect a variation in engine rpm and set a p300 random misfire code,or the code for the crank sensor.

sounds like your have a misfire in one of your cylinders...a flashing check engine light with engine running rough. Check your sparkplugs and wires. you should have the code scanned.
