Working in a mazda mpv 2001, i cant find the ignition control unit, when i look for the part on ebay they sell the part as: ECU-ECM-PCM, question: is the ignition control unit inside the ECU-ECM-PCM?

It appears from a wiring diagram that there is no ignition control module. The ignition coils' primary circuits are grounded through the PCM. And the wires to the sensors are all from the PCM.

Here is a link if you want to see all your wiring diagrams. I found the above information under System: engine; Subsystem: fuel controls.

My esp light has come on and it won't turn off on a Audi a3 2006

The ESP system means the Electronic Stability Program. If the ESP lights on the dashboard permanently the ESP system is faulty.
You should access the ESP Electronic Control Unit (ECU) memory for pull out all DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Codes), using diagnostic equipment connected to the data link connector of the car. Then you will be full informed about bad pieces (e.g.: brake pedal switch, front right wheel abs sensor interrupted, ...). After bad pieces replacement you will be able to erase all faults memored by ESP ECU, in other words reset the ESP system and turn off the warning lamp on dashboard.

Check & replace if necessary the brake pedal switch placed above pedals on the support.

If the problem still occurs you should access the ABS & ESP ECU (Electronic Control Unit) using diagnostic equipment connected to the data link connector of the car, in order to pull out all DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Codes) memored.
Then you will be able to replace bad piece(s) and fix the problem by erasing all DTC stocked inside ABS & ESP ECU, and reset it.

My 1994 Mazda Astina 323 6cyl sedan has a problem with the ecu in that it cuts the engine when I accelerate; does anyone know if you are able to have an electronic control unit repaired and I am thinking...

It is very doubtful the ECU is the problem, how did you come up with this diagnosis? And yes they rebuild them. You can get one by number off old one here. www.rockauto.com

What is ECU and how to make the ECU programmer? How exactly is that work

Electronic Control Unit, An engine control unit (ECU), most commonly called the powertrain control module (PCM), is a type of electronic control unit that controls a series of actuators on an internal combustion engine to ensure the optimum running. It does this by reading values from a multitude of sensors within the engine bay, interpreting the data using multidimensional performance maps (called Look-up tables), and adjusting the engine actuators accordingly.

Automotive ECU is to convert stored procedures chip in simple, replace the programmed chip, as long as open the backplane of the ECU and unplug the original chip and then put the new chip , as some older E-ROM chip only can write just one time, every time you modify the program you must turn the program of original chip into a blank chip and then replace the original chip. If you want to have a program modified by yourself, you need a ecu programmer.

My car has 12,000 miles and my engine light came on?

Hello! The Check Engine Light (CEL) is the vehicle's Electronic Control Unit (ECU) telling you it has found and stored a fault...These faults are handled by On Board Diagnostics Version II (OBDII)...Take your MPV to an auto parts store and they will decode the fault as a courtesy...Typical faults begin with a letter "P" followed by four digits (P0402 as an example)...That code tells a technician what area or circuit is at fault...When you have the code, send a comment and I'll FixYa...................Guru.....saailer
