Question about 1993 Ford Tempo
I had the same problem a few months back with my 93 Tempo. After fiddling with the battery, checking for spark, and messing with my distributor cap, I found the emergency fuel shut off reset button in the trunk. If you haven't already, open the trunk, and on the left hand side there is a recess with a largish red button. Press it. If it clicks, then your fuel injector shut off because it though it had been in an accident (mine happened right after pulling into my driveway, where I had bottomed out a little bit, so it doesn't take much to set it off). If it clicks, your car should start immediately
Hope it helps!

Take care of cranking 1st, check battery see if it's good, try to get a jump start see if it will turn over, could be a bad alternator or battery.
