Question about 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee
WHEN I TURN OFF MY CAR THE FAN ON THE RADIATOR KEEPS ON AND IT DISHCHARGES THE WHOLE BATTERY
My wife had the same problem it was the electric fan relay switch. Can pick one up at Oreilly's for about 50.00. It is a pain to get to though I had to remove the grille, headlights and shroud to replace but no problems since.

I got pissed off and ran my own relay to control the fan

Check out the electronic fan relay located behind the passenger headlight. remove headlight and drill a 3" hole in plastic or shend 8 hours removing bumper.

This is a common problem and Jeep hasn't answered it for anyone.

I believe you need to check to see how the fan wiring is run. The fan on your jeep is an electric fan and may be wired directly to the battery, Why someone would do this I do not know but this may be the case.
