Catalytic converter fault, I would try to replace the o2 sensor first because the cat cost just about $500! I know it is the sensor after that cat and I am pretty sure it is for the back side of the motor.
Good luck, I just replaced all o2 sensors and still got that code and I just purchased 2 cats- Big Money Problem!

That code means that you may need a new catalytic converter. First try resetting the code and see if it comes back and if it does then you may need to have it replaced. If you are under warranty go have the dealer change it for you. If you're out of warranty go to any muffler shop and they can put on an aftermarket one for only $100-200.
according to my date sheet Code P0 431 indicates that the Warm up catalytic converter, bank 2 - efficiency below threshold - probable cause - Catalytic converter, wiring, HO2S 2. but as you haven't stated which engine I can only give you what it states, it should be the same anyway.
It depends on the actual problem. Code 431 means the catalytic converter is not performing as expected. The computer uses data from the O2 sensors to monitor cat performance. One of the sensors may be going bad, or the cat may be failing. You would need to monitor the O2 sensor readings with a scanner and watch the temp of the cat to try to assess the problem.
The answer to your first question is the Oxygen sensor bank 2. Its the oxygen sensor after the catalytic towards the rear of the motor. For the other DTC there is no P01159 DTC, P0159 is Bank 1 Sensor 1 Oxygen Sensor bad, P1159 is an air intake leak or a MAF (Mass Air Flow Sensor leak)
when u get a code it can mean a # of things-never assume and just replace the part--computer systems today are integrated in circuits which means its complicated to diagnose--it may be something as simple as a tuneup or vacuum leak--get a manual on code troublshootn-in library or online
CODE P1159 INTAKE MANIFOLD AIR CONTROL ACTUATOR CIRCUIT MALFUNCTION. CODE PO431 - WARM UP CATALYTIC CONVERTER BANK 2 EFFICIENCY BELOW THRESHOLD CODE PO122 - THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR OR ACCELERATOR PEDAL POSITION SENSOR LOW INPUT.
There are 2 catalytic converters on Sedonas, it sounds like the rear one is failing. These can be replaced with generic universal ones that can be found on ebay, don't let the dealership tell you otherwise. Any number of shops would install it for you if you brought it in to them, if you don't want to install it yourself.
Despite the fact that it may be running fine right now, It sould be replaced, however. A faulty catalytic converter will result in the vehicle's computer adjusting fuel/air mixtures, timing, etc. etc. in an effort to rectify what is percieves to be an inefficient engine operation.
