Question about 1989 Chevrolet S-10 Blazer
Once in awhile the tack starts jumping and the truck missing, then the tack goes dead and the truck runs great. It's getting worse so i need to find the problem
Sound like you coil is going out. Need to replace the coil and go ahead and do a complete tuneup, plugs, plug wires, distributer cap & rotor button. It will run like new, plus a can of SEAFOAM for the gas tank to clean to fuel system.

Tips for a great answer:
The missing while accelerating is likely due to ignition coils and/or spark plugs going bad. The missing while in park is a normal thing. The car has a rev limiter that will not allow the engine to rev to higher than 3000 RPM while in park.
