Go to any autozone,oreilly, pep boys, Napa . Tell them your engine light is on and they have a code-puller that can turn it off, they will try to tell you they cant turn check engine light off without you fixing the problem or "buying the part from them, but most of those kids will anyway. If not go to a shop and pay way to much to have it turned off, or buy an inexpensive code puller (40.00 - up). you buy one I can explain how to use it buy email.

take the negitive battery cable off for about five minutes or so and plug it back in and that should fix ur problem

The high beam light flashing means you have a high beam burnt out. It flashes when you put it in gear because your high beams actually double as your daytime running lights, only on a lower power.
