Either the linkage in the door is broken or the window is off track. Either way you will have to remove the door panel to check it out. If any of the plastic clips break when popping off the panel, you can get them at a auto parts store.

Replace electric window motor

Not much to your question, or what you need to know
You have to figure out how to remove the inner door panel
Then figure out how to remove the window regulator,if you find
it broken
Then if the motor or regulator needs to be replaced-- after testing
the motor, you have to remove the motor, in some cases & put
on the new regulator, or just install a new motor to old regulator
This is if those two items are the problem, could be a bad switch

Driver side window not working

What doesn't work?

The switch
The Window regulator
The Motor

You have to figure that out & may have to
remove the door panel, to access everything
except the switches,as you proceed

If you have no experience with basic electric
or use of a VOM Meter or auto experience
inside a door, then your going to a repair shop,
no matter how simple the solution or fix

1997 Lincoln Continental: Right Rear Passenger Side Power Window does not go up or down (currently up). When I activate switch on driver's door panel, dash light will dim very slightly (indicating...

The drivers door ,of course, gets worked the most. the binding is from the window regulator wearing out. they can't be fixed, only replaced. the other doors are usually the motors, from non use. As you indicated the light dims, so you are getting power to the motor, but it is locked and possibly the regulator is locked up. When the motors drags or lock, you can sometimes smack the door and get them to work again as your try to roll them up or down. also try to assist the window down as you activate it. There is only one circuit breaker for the windows.

1997 Range Rover Window Stuck

There may be another relay in the drivers door for the automatic touch feature. If you also have a switch on the drivers door follow the wires down to this second relay. If you don't have a second relay then try to jump the wires at the door to power the motor in both directions. If you can do that, the door switch is bad on the "up" terminal.
The regulator can be broken and you can see that with the door panel off. The motor terminals may have corrosion and you can probably reach that plug with the door panel off.

Window on passenger side will not come down need door panel instructions.

You'll need to remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. If needed, you can pull back the weather seal (can't reuse it, but it's not that important) and you will be able to access everything inside the door
