I have aa 2007 chev her with 2.22 liter some of the fuses don't get power and some do on the fuse box block under hood everything to start and run car is dead

2007 Chevy her ? HHR ? 2.2L 4cylinder , check the run/crank relay ! Relay # 51 in the under hood fuse/relay box.
Power to many of this vehicle?€™s circuits are controlled by the module that is designated the power mode master (PMM). This vehicle?€™s PMM is the body control module (BCM). The PMM controls which power mode (Run, Accessory, Crank, Retained Accessory Power, or Off) is active.
Run/Crank Relay The run/crank relay control circuit is connected to a constant ground and is switched by the ignition 1 circuit or the body control module (BCM). The BCM, will in lieu of the ignition switch position, activate the Run/Crank relay during a remote start event. The Run/Crank relay supplies a power signal to the following circuits, when the a Run or Crank power mode is selected:
?€¢
Automatic transmission shift indicator

?€¢
Automatic transmission (A/T)

?€¢
Switched power feeds to the BCM

?€¢
Electronic brake control module (EBCM)

?€¢
Electronic ignition module (spark control)

?€¢
Electronic power steering module (EPS)

?€¢
Fuel injectors

?€¢
Powertrain control module (PCM)

?€¢
Park neutral position (PNP) switch

CAR NOT STARTING

Start with the obvious, but sometimes overlooked things, and you may not need any car repairs. Check to make sure the fuel tank is not empty, or the headlights left on by mistake. Consult a car repair manual, if you need to, before moving on to the next step. Open the hood of the car and check out the battery. Clean the battery terminal connections; if they're corroded the battery won't hold a charge long enough to get the engine going. Remove any corrosion and tighten the battery cables. Examine the air filter; it's in a black plastic box to the right of the engine. If it looks dirty, replace it. Air filters cost less than ten dollars and all auto parts stores stock them. Check one of two fuse boxes located under the dashboard on the far left side, and also under the hood. If a fuse looks melted, that's a blown fuse, and it may be the answer to your problem. Take the melted fuse out and install a new one. Turn the ignition key to the on position but not all the way to start. If the dashboard lights don't come on, you may have a bad ignition switch. Broken, loose or disconnected wiring in the ignition system will cause the car not to start.

Hi...
I read your problem.
Is there a few step to diagnostic or try to fix your car.

Follow this simple steps.
Inspect the RALAY " Starter relay # 47. or interchange with other one just for testing.
1- Check the Fuse " IGN E Fuse number 22 " 10amp. on under hood fuse BOX fron Neutro swicth
And power to the power to the Neutro safetly switch.
2-- Check the Fuse " CRANK fuse # 17 10amp. Under hood fuse box. 12v. from Ignition switch
3- check the fuse " IGN A fuse # 34 40 amp. under hodd fuse box. Constant 12v. to relay.
With ignition switch in ON position.
Crank Fuse only when you try to start. If no power 12v. come when trying to start.
REmove the steering column covers. to get axces to the IGNITION SWITCH.
Trying to start check if 12 v on the YELLOW wire exist. if not. Check if there a 12v on the RED wire
If not Inspect FUSE # 34.
But if there a power on the red wire But not ON yellow wire Trying to start.
Just REPLACE THE IGNITION SWITCH. Electrical part.
