Question about 1987 Ford Bronco
Help! My Bronco will not stay started. It has sat for 2 years and no one has ever wanted to mess with it. I got a wild hair and thought it would be fun to try.( I am a novice to say the least) I did clean the distributor and have the wires in the correct firing order, changed the fuel filter, checked all fluids, and added fuel. What should I try next? Don't really want to give up I have a major stubborn streak and too many people have told me I am a girly girl and should leave it to the pros. Any pointers would be great. Thanks in advance. Pam
It prolly has gas in the tank from 2 years ago and that gas is no good. fill it up with high octane and add gas treatment. that will prolly fix it once the bad gas runs out and mixes with the new. you may also want to have the timing checked and turn the distributor to bump it up a little
